The story of Handy Stands
Handy Stands sanitation stands are manufactured in Raleigh, NC by Precision Machine Fabrication, Inc. Established in 1978 by two city firefighters, our company is a family-owned small-business specializing in close-tolerance sheet metal fabrication.
PMF's focus over the years has been on contract manufacturing. We fabricate metal parts for OEM's and other businesses across a wide range of industries. In short, we take their designs and combine them with our expertise in metal fabrication to bring their products to fruition.
In early 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, we (like many small businesses) started looking for ways to help. We saw an opportunity to produce a high-quality universal sanitation stand and sell it at manufacturer-direct pricing.
Handy Stands are the result of over 4 decades of fabrication expertise culminating in our first consumer product as a company. We're very excited to do our small part as the world gears up to face this new challenge.
